@WAS Emerging Research Projects, Applications and Services (ERPAS)

iWAS2009 and MoMM2009 invite researchers to present, discuss and defend their work-in-progress or projects preliminary results in front of an international and renowned audience of researchers and developers. The symposium will be organized in parallel to iiWAS2009 and MoMM2009 conferences, which are going to take place 14-16 December 2009 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Researchers at all stages in the process are invited to submit a position paper. The paper should not exceed 5 pages length, and should contain a problem statement, an overview of related work in the area, research methodology, current stage of the project and the expected contribution to the topics of interest supported by MoMM2009 and iiWAS2009.

Important Dates

  • August 3, 2009 : Short papers submission
    August 21, 2009 : Short papers submission (extended)
  • September 21, 2009 : Acceptance Notification (sent)
  • October 21, 2009 : Camera-Ready Papers

Publication

Accepted ERPAS papers will be published ACM and the Austrian Computer Society (OCG) books@ocg.at series. Authors of outstanding papers will be invited to submit an extended paper to distinguished journals.

Templates

Your paper should be formatted according to the ACM guidelines. Authors using Latex need to choose the LateX2e – Tighter Alternate style.
