Dear iiWAS 2014 participants it was a great pleasure to have you and it was a great pleasure to discuss your inspiring research. As every year the program committee has selected a list of papers who's authors will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers to distinguished international journals.

The conferences are to be held in the Ta Quang Buu library building located in the main campus of Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). Their address is No. 1, Dai Co Viet rd, Hanoi downtown. iiWAS 2014 and CONFENIS 2014 are co-hosted with SoICT 2014.
General
iiWAS2014 proceedings will be published by ACM with the ISBN 978-1-4503-3001-5. This volume includes all iiWAS2014 full and short conference papers and doctoral showcase papers.
