Terms & Conditions

Registration fees cover admittance to all sessions of DEXA 2026 conferences and workshops, lunch and coffee breaks, welcome reception, gala dinner and conference kit.
Students registration fees does not include the conference gala dinner.
Authors are required to register before 5 June 2026 in order for their papers to be published. Author's registration fees CANNOT be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
1. up to 5 weeks before the event full registration fees minus charges
2. up to 3 weeks before the event, 50% of the registration fees minus charges
3. no refund after July 28th, 2026.

Registration Procedure by credit card

No registration by bank transfer is available for authors after June 5th
Please register for the conference or workshop in which your paper is accepted.
If you do not have an accepted paper, choose the conference for which you want to get the proceedings.
If you have more than one accepted papers, only register for the main conference for which your main paper is published.
Additional papers can be added at Paper Information below.
IMPORTANT:
As soon as you finish entering your personal information (which will be used for your badge, certificate and invoice), please click on "Proceed to Payment" button to be guided to the payment page. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay. You can pay using your credit card as usual. Please follow the instructions.

No additional registration is necessary in this case, even though the additional papers are accepted in a different than your main conference!

Registration Procedure by Bank Transfer

Please fill in the registration form (PDF).

Complete your payment to the bank account indicated in the registration form.

As soon as the payment is completed, please send the registration form and a copy of proof of payment to the General Secretary

Please make sure that all related bank charges are to be borne by the payer and are not to be deducted from the fees payable to the conference.

The registration is confirmed when the transfer arrives in the bank account, and you will receive the registration confirmation email.
