The symposium will be organized in parallel to iiWAS2009 and MoMM2009 conferences, which are going to take place 14-16 December 2009 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Researchers at all stages in the process are invited to submit a position paper. The paper should not exceed 5 pages length, and should contain a problem statement, an overview of related work in the area, research methodology, current stage of the project and the expected contribution to the topics of interest supported by iiWAS2009 (http://www.iiwas.org/conferences/iiwas2009/about.php) and MoMM2009 (http://www.iiwas.org/conferences/momm2009/about.php). Publication Accepted ERPAS papers will be published ACM and the Austrian Computer Society (OCG) books@ocg.at series. Authors of outstanding papers will be invited to submit an extended paper to distinguished journals. Review Process Submitted short papers will be blind peer reviewed by at least three members of the international program committee and carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition.
