Terms & Conditions

  • Registration fees cover one year @WAS membership, admittance to all sessions of iiWAS2009/MoMM2009 and related workhops, tutorials, MDC, ERPAS sessions, lunches and coffee breaks throughout the conference, welcome reception, gala dinner, the conference kit, and one volume of conference proceedings (iiWAS or MoMM).
  • Cancellation Policy 1) up to 3 weeks before the event full registration fees minus charges 2) up to one week before the event, 70% of the registration fees.
  • Authors are required to register at final camera ready dealine in order for their papers to be published. Authors registration fees can NOT be refunded.
  • Students fees apply only to non-author student participants. Students are requested to present a valid student ID upon collection of their conference kit on site.

International participants are non-Malaysian or Malaysian studying/working abroad.
