PARTICIPATIONS SUBMISSION HAVE CLOSED >>

PAPERS: 10-12 pages research or position papers representing
original and previously unpublished mature research results.
4 pages of ongoing or completed research to be
presented in the short papers sessions.
DEMONSTRATION: 4 pages of ongoing or completed research to
be presented in the poster and demonstration sessions.
CONSORTIUM: Ph.D students in the fields related to the conference
topics of interest are invited to present the topic and progress
of their research, in order to get feedback from a panel of professionals.
PANELS AND TUTORIALS:
Proposals for invited sessions, panels or tutorials are
highly encouraged. Please send a description of (2-4 pages) of
the tutorial, panel or the invited session to the general
chairman as soon as possible, but not later than the general submission
submissions in IEEE format ( refer
to instructions ) would be highly appreciated.
All submitted papers are subject to peer review
on the basis of technical correctness, quality,
relevance, originality, significance, and clarity.
