Visiting Munich

Munich or München is the Bavaria’s capital. It is home to centuries-old buildings and numerous museums. The city is known for its annual Oktoberfest celebration a big beer festival. However, beer halls are always open in year around and there are lots of things and places to explore in this Bavaria's capital, including the famed Hofbräuhaus, founded in 1589.

In the Altstadt (Old Town), central Marienplatz square contains landmarks such as Neo-Gothic Neues Rathaus (town hall), with a popular glockenspiel show that chimes and reenacts stories from the 16th century.

Not only the beauty of the past, today’s Munich is a modern & tech city in Germany with a global center of art, science, technology, finance, publishing, culture, innovation, education and business. The city is home to major global corporations like BMW, Siemens, MAN, Allianz and many more.
