Terms and Conditions
1. Registration is only confirmed on the reception of your payment at our bank account
2. Please make sure that the full amount is received at our bank account. Participants are responsible for all bank charges
3. ‘Early bird’ discount is confirmed when payment is received by 5 August 2005.
4. Any cancellation should be made not later than 1 September 2005 by fax or email – 25% administration fee will be charged.
5. After 1 September 2005, all registrations are final.
6. Payments received after 1 September 2005 is regarded as on ‘On Site’ registration.
7. Authors are required to do the payment before August 5th in order for their papers to be included in the proceedings. Any payments made after August 5th will not guarantee that your paper will be included in the conference proceedings
8. Local Participants are Malaysians or non-Malaysians studying/working and whose affiliation is inside Malaysia. Malaysians studying/working abroad are considered international participants.
9. Special discounted fees apply to people participating from universities, academic institutions in EU - Asialink Program: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, East Timor, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Nepal, North Korea, Pakistan, People’s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong and Macau), Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam.
