Following the final session of the first day, all participants are warmly invited to the welcome reception at the Multipurpose Hall on the 1st floor. It’s the perfect opportunity to unwind, enjoy the evening, and connect with fellow attendees while savoring light snacks and drinks, including Japanese sake. Kanpai!

Conference Dinner

On the second day, all participants are invited to attend the Conference Dinner at Yuushien Garden—a traditional Japanese-style garden located in the heart of Daikonshima Island. Designed as a walk-through garden featuring  ponds, streams, and small waterfalls, Yuushien offers a serene and picturesque setting. Before dinner begins, guests can enjoy the garden’s winter highlights: its renowned peonies and irises that bloom year-round, along with the enchanting atmosphere created by illuminated trees. The evening will be further enriched by a cultural performance and the presentation of best paper awards.

Bus to Yuushien Garden is provided. Depart from conference venue to the dinner at 16:00.
