Formatting Guidelines
Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ instructions and use the proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.

You need to fill in and sign the Licence to Publish form for LNCS, CCIS or LNBIP to be downloaded here for LNCS publications.
Please use the name of the conference as the volume title (The 27th International Conference on Information Integration and Web Intelligence (iiWAS2025)) and the program committee chairs (Eric Pardede and Qiang Ma) as volume editors.
Responsible Use of AI in Manuscript Preparation

Authors remain fully accountable for the accuracy, originality, and ethical standards of all content, including any AI-assisted outputs. Under no circumstances should AI tools be listed as co-authors. Misuse of AI, such as generating fabricated data, text, or references, will be treated as a serious breach of ethical guidelines.
